Notes:
1. Weekend bookings are for a minimum group size of 35 people applies, minimum stay 2 nights.
2. Midweek bookings are for a minimum group size of 25 people applies, minimum stay 2 nights.
3. The accommodation consists of 10 rooms, each with 3 double bunks and an en-suite bathroom. A linen charge of £6 per person per visit will be added for groups that use OYC pillows and duvets
4. Arrival time is after 5pm on the first day. Departure time by 2pm on the last day.
How to book
1)Making a booking at Oakwood is very straightforward, just call us 0118 9792253, and we will be able to check availability.
The office is open Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm.
2)You will then be able to make a provisional booking, held for 7 days.
3)Upon receipt of deposit the booking will be secured with the final balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
