Pony Days are aimed at children ages 8-12 years and involve a mixture of fun activities including riding, stable management, grooming and gymkhana games.
Each child goes home with a rosette.
Pony Days run from 10am- 4pm and cost £38 for the day.
Pony Days
Pony half days are geared at 5-8 year olds and include the same activities as the pony days, just on a shorter time scale. Each child goes home with a rosette.
The day runs from either 9.30am- 12.30pm or
1-4pm and costs £20.
Pony Half Days
BHS progressive riding tests are accredited qualifications involving riding and stable management and lead up towards BHS stage 2, after successful completion of all 6 levels.
Participants must have basic riding and stable management skills.
Taught by qualified riding instructors in our indoor and outdoor stables, we offer lessons for all levels of riders both privately and in groups.
Riding hats and boots are provided and we teach after school on weekdays and late evenings Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Riding rallies are aimed at young people aged 12-16 years who can walk, trot and canter independently.
They will include either dressage or show jumping clinics in the morning and a corresponding show class in the afternoon.
The horse care course is a combination of riding and horse care, which incorporate BHS Junior Progressive Tests.
Students learn about safety, mounting, horse behaviour and stable management.
